• Visit www.aa.com which is the official website of American Airlines Reservations and on its homepage select ‘Your Trips’.
• Select the trip you want to cancel and click on ‘Cancel Booking’.
• Then American Airlines will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel your booking.
• By clicking on ‘confirm’ your booking will be canceled.
• Then you will receive a voucher if you have any remaining funds after the deduction of any cancellation fees.
• If you cancel a paid tickets, you must save the email you receive with the six-digit record and 13 digit ticket number which will be required in case of rebooking.
