Battlefield 3 Gameplay and Walkthrough: In the year 2014, Sergeant Henry Blackburn, leading Misfit 1-3 Squad, embarks on a mission alongside teammates David Montes, Steve Campo, Christian Matkovic, and Jack Chaffin to locate and rescue the Viper Squad, an American patrol unit.
Amid earthquakes and a PLR sniper attack, Blackburn encounters the PLR leader, Solomon. Subsequent missions lead Blackburn to Tehran to apprehend Faruk AL-Bashir, the PLR leader. Discovering the PLR’s possession of Russian nuclear warheads and Solomon’s betrayal, Blackburn’s team faces challenges, including the capture and execution of Sergeant Jonathan Miller.
As events unfold, Blackburn’s team pursues an arms dealer named Kaffarov, collaborating with Solomon. Encountering Russian forces during the pursuit, Blackburn’s team faces betrayal and casualties. Russian forces, led by Dimitri “Dima” Mayakovsky, reveal Solomon’s plan to detonate nuclear warheads. Blackburn, forced to shoot his commander Cole to aid Dima’s escape, becomes entangled in a web of conspiracy and disbelief.
As Dima attempts to prevent the Paris attack, Blackburn and Montes escape to stop an impending assault on New York. Battling through challenges, Blackburn ultimately eliminates Solomon, preventing a catastrophic event. Unfortunately, Montes loses his life in the operation, succumbing to a fatal shot from Solomon’s .44 Magnum.
